Procedure for incorporation of a Hong Kong limited company

2) We do a company search in BVI government department whether the company name you want to use is available or not (it takes two working days).
3) Client pay HK$4,500 (equivalent USD580) as deposit to us by cash or T/T or HK cheque

4) We deliver the preliminary documents to client’s assigned commercial address (within Hong Kong) for their signatures. Or clients come to our office to sign the documents.
5) After receipt of the signed documents, we will process the core incorporation process. It takes about 7 to 10 working days.
6) Balance payment shall be paid upon delivery of whole set of finished documents. Client can come to our office to collect or we deliver the documents to client.
