Procedure for incorporation of a Hong Kong limited company
1) Complete the company incorporation form, fax to (+852) 3159 8467or e-mail to info@eden.com.hk or call us directly Tel: (+852) 3588 9768
2) We do a company search in Hong Kong government department whether the company name you want to use is available or not.
3) Client pay HK$2,500 (equivalent USD323) as deposit to us by
cash or T/T or HK cheque

4) We deliver the preliminary documents to clientˇ¦s assigned commercial address (within Hong Kong) for their signatures. Or clients come to our office to sign the documents.
5) After receipt of the signed documents, we will process the core incorporation process. It takes about 7 to 10 working days.
6) Balance payment of HK$2,180 (equivalent USD280) shall be paid upon delivery of whole set of finished documents. Client can come to our office to collect or we deliver the documents to client.
